I think my partner is depressed
#1
Has anyone of you experienced being depressed? I think my partner is depressed. He lost interest in almost everything. No food seems to be appetizing to him. He doesn't want to celebrate Christmas with his family. I don't know what's happening to him. I can tell that he is really lost. I want to help him. I just don't know where to start and how.

There are specialists who can help him with his depression. He might undergo some therapy sessions or other relevant activities. If you think this is something serious already, you have to act right away. Severe depression can life-threatening.

Hey! Thanks for your reply. I actually tried to convince him to see a specialist but he just wouldn't go out of the house. The closest I've got is to get a home counselor online. I hope that counselor could make sense of him.

That's good. Your option is actually convenient too.

I think if he doesn't want to share it with you, then he's not interested in you anymore. Choosing the right partner is very important. On https://romancecompass.com men often look for girls based on common interests, so that they would not be bored with each other.
