Bounce rate is single-page sessions divided by all sessions, or the percentage of all sessions on your site in which users viewed only a single page and triggered only a single request to the Analytics server.

Bounce rate in Google Analytics is the percentage of visitors who land on your site but leave without interacting with it. In simple terms, they visit one page and then leave without clicking on anything or visiting another page. For example, if 100 people visit your site and 50 leave immediately, your bounce rate is 50%.
